Volleyball Game Preview: Shiloh Christian Saints vs. Bentonville West Wolverines

The Shiloh Christian Saints will challenge the Bentonville West Wolverines at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Shiloh Christian is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Arkansas' top teams: Benton, who was ranked 23rd at the time (Shiloh Christian was ranked 21st). The Saints fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. The Saints haven't had much luck with the Panthers recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Shiloh Christian's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Bristol Bonanno, who had 14 digs and one assist, and Chloe Blessing, who had 13 digs and seven kills. Blessing has been hot for a while, having posted five or more kills the last 39 times she's played.

Meanwhile, Bentonville West came up short against Conway on Saturday and fell 2-0.

Bentonville West's defeat dropped their record down to 18-9. As for Shiloh Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 17-11-1.
