Basketball Recap: Holy Family Academy Skates Past Epping with Ease

After losing to Epping the last time they met, Holy Family Academy decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Holy Family Academy claimed a resounding 79-27 win over the Epping Blue Devils. Holy Family Academy has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matches by 29 points or more this season.

The victory (which was Holy Family Academy's sixth in a row) raised their record to 13-1. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.3 points over those games. As for Epping, they dropped their record down to 0-14 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight at home.

Coming up, Holy Family Academy will square off against Franklin at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in Franklin's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last eight games. As for Epping, they will take on Mascenic Regional at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
