Basketball Recap: Jemison Takes a Loss

Jemison has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They fell 70-61 to the Elmore County Panthers on Monday. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Saturday (58), Jemison still had to take the loss.

Jemison's loss dropped their record down to 13-5. As for Elmore County, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-8 record this season.

Jemison will challenge Montevallo at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Elmore County, they will square off against Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
