It's playoff time, and Illini Bluffs had no trouble coming through when it counted. They blew past the Bushnell-Prairie City Spartans 57-30 on Monday. The Tigers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 contests by 22 points or more this season.

The victory was the ninth in a row for Illini Bluffs, bringing their record for this year to 24-7. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.1 points over those games. As for Bushnell-Prairie City, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-20.

Coming up, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Tigers duke it out with the Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Cuba/Spoon River Valley will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Illini Bluffs surely won't give up without a fight. Bushnell-Prairie City does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
