Football Recap: South Miami Comes Up Short

South Miami fell victim to Northwestern and their airtight defense on Thursday. They were beaten by the Northwestern Bulls 27-0. The Cobras just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Aubrey Gisbert threw for 28 yards on four of eight attempts.

South Miami's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Northwestern, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-0.
