Basketball Recap: Sequoyah School Drops Season-High Score on EF Academy

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sequoyah School). They enjoyed a cozy 70-56 win over EF Academy on Friday. The victory was familiar territory for the Gryphons who have now won three contests in a row.

Sequoyah School pushed their record up to 5-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for EF Academy, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season.

Sequoyah School will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Mesrobian at 7:00 p.m. on February 4th. As for EF Academy, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Chadwick at 5:30 p.m.
