Basketball Recap: East Atchison [Tarkio/Fairfax] Skates Past Fremont-Mills with Ease

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Platte Valley co-op [South Nodaway/Jefferson], East Atchison [Tarkio/Fairfax] was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Fremont-Mills Knights 63-27. That 36 point margin sets a new team best for East Atchison [Tarkio/Fairfax] this season.

East Atchison [Tarkio/Fairfax]'s win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Fremont-Mills, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.

East Atchison [Tarkio/Fairfax] wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 69-47 victory against Mound City on the 20th. As for Fremont-Mills, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Bedford at 7:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
