Flag Football Recap: Barrington Comes Up Short

Thursday just wasn't the day for Barrington's offense. They were beaten by the Carmel Corsairs 41-0 on Thursday. The defensive woes were uncharacteristic for the Fillies/Broncos, who until this contest were averaging 13.74 points allowed.

Gia Klauer threw for 73 yards on ten of 21 attempts.

Barrington's defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 13-6. As for Carmel, the win (which was their 13th in a row) raised their record to 18-1.

Barrington wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 36-28 victory against Conant on the 6th. Carmel does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
