Volleyball Recap: James Island Takes a Loss

James Island was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 17th straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Cane Bay Cobras. If the Trojans were looking for revenge after losing 3-2 to the Cobras when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The final score came out to 25-3, 25-20.

James Island's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Cane Bay, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coincidentally, James Island and Cane Bay will both be playing Ashley Ridge the next time they take the court. The Trojans will head out to face the Swamp Foxes at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, while the Cobras will play them later in the day, at 7:30 p.m.
