Lindbergh put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on the Kirkwood Pioneers with a sharp 3-0 victory. The Flyers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Pioneers, too.

Lindbergh not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Kirkwood between 19 and 20 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-20, 25-20.

Lindbergh found their leader in sophomore Alex Ahrens, who had 21 assists and six digs.

Lindbergh pushed their record up to 13-0 with the win, which was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Kirkwood, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.

Lindbergh didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Webster Groves on the 10th. As for Kirkwood, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Pattonville on the 8th.
