Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Waukomis couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They took a 46-41 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cheyenne/Reydon Bears. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Chiefs of the 37-35 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2018.
