Football Game Preview: South Plantation Paladins vs. Taravella Trojans

The South Plantation Paladins will venture away from home to face off against the Taravella Trojans at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. South Plantation's defense has only allowed 14.5 points per game this season, so Taravella's offense will have their work cut out for them.

South Plantation's offense might be in the hot seat on Tuesday considering what happened against Dr. Joaquin Garcia on Thursday. They were beaten by the Bulldogs 32-0. The Paladins' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Meanwhile, Taravella beat West Broward 19-6 on Monday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Trojans.

Having lost for the first time this season, South Plantation fell to 3-1. As for Taravella, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

South Plantation didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Taravella in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, but they still walked away with a 32-26 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for South Plantation since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
