Volleyball Recap: Seminole Comes Up Short

Seminole suffered their biggest loss since March 11th on Thursday. They came up short against the Lake Howell Silverhawks, falling 3-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Seminoles in their meetings with the Silverhawks: they've now lost seven in a row.

Seminole was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-22, 25-18.

Seminole now has a losing record of 9-10. As for Lake Howell, their victory was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 18-2.

Looking ahead, Seminole will take on Lake Brantley at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lake Howell, they will face off against Horizon at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
