Volleyball Recap: Sonora Comes Up Short

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Sonora couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They lost 3-0 to the Archbishop Riordan Crusaders on Tuesday. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Sonora took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-15, 25-17.

Sonora's loss dropped their record down to 19-7. As for Archbishop Riordan, they pushed their record up to 15-13 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

As of now, neither Sonora nor the Crusaders have any future games scheduled.
