Madrid had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They blew past the Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center Chargers 9-3. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won five contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Madrid's victory bumped their record up to 9-2. As for Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center, they dropped their record down to 2-9 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home.

Looking ahead, Madrid will host South Hardin at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. South Hardin has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 10.63 runs per game on average), something Madrid will no doubt try to take advantage of.
