Recap: Carolina Christian Lions vs. Lee Park Prep Knights
The Carolina Christian Lions's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their seventh straight loss. They were dealt a 85-55 loss at the hands of Lee Park Prep. Carolina Christian has struggled against Lee Park Prep recently, as their match on Monday was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.
Lee Park Prep was led to victory by Cole Donoghue and Taylor Blakney. Donoghue scored 24 points along with seven rebounds and six assists, while Blakney scored 34 points along with nine rebounds and eight assists. The matchup was Blakney's sixth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Cam Stikeleather, who scored eight points.
Carolina Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Lee Park Prep, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.
