Soccer Recap: Dixie Comes Up Short

Dixie was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 4-1 to the Desert Hills Thunder. If Dixie were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to Desert Hills when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Dixie's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Desert Hills, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 9-2.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Dixie will challenge rival Hurricane at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Desert Hills is set to face off against their familiar foe Crimson Cliffs at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
