Rush Springs hadn't done well against Wilson recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Rush Springs Redskins came out on top against the Wilson Eagles by a score of 6-3. For the Redskins, this counts as revenge for the 11-8 victory the Eagles walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2024.

Rush Springs' win was truly a team effort as three different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Derrick Boyster, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3.

The victory made it two in a row for Rush Springs and bumps their season record up to 3-4.

Coming up, Rush Springs will be playing at home against Bray-Doyle at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Wilson, they will venture away from home to face off against Central at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
