Softball Recap: Lake Norman Wildcats vs. East Forsyth Eagles
It's playoff time, and Lake Norman had no trouble coming through when it counted. Everything went their way against the East Forsyth Eagles on Tuesday as they made off with a 7-1 win. Winning may never get old, but the Wildcats sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.
Charlee Kelly spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned run on five hits and racked up six Ks.

On the hitting side, Avery Evans was incredible, going a perfect 4-for-4 with five stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI. Those five stolen bases gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Olivia Wolf, who went 3-for-4 with three RBI and two doubles.
