Volleyball Recap: North Smithfield Takes a Loss

North Smithfield was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Central Falls Warriors. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in April.

The final score came out to 25-17, 25-12, 25-21.

North Smithfield's loss dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Central Falls, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North Smithfield will face off against La Salle Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Central Falls, they will challenge Central at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday.
