Volleyball Recap: Muncie Central Comes Up Short

Muncie Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Ben Davis Giants.

While Muncie Central was not able to win a set, they sure kept things interesting: every set was decided by three points or less. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-22.

Muncie Central now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Ben Davis, they moved to 2-4 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Coincidentally, Muncie Central and Ben Davis will both be playing DeKalb the next time they take the court. The Giants will host the Barons at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Bearcats will play them later in the day, at 2:30 p.m.
