Tom Lemming unveils 2012 Top 100

By Tom Lemming Apr 6, 2011, 1:33am

Dorial Green-Beckham is the No. 1 overall recruit.

MaxPreps/CBS Sports football recruiting expert Tom Lemming has completed his Top 100 for the class of 2012, and a familiar name tops the list.

Dorial Green-Beckham, who was MaxPreps’ National Athlete of the year in 2009-2010, is the nation’s No. 1 recruit.

It’s a deep year for offensive linemen, who occupy five of the top 17 spots.

Running backs are also plentiful in the 2012 class. Led by Texas phenom Johnathan Gray, 11 running backs find themselves in the Top 100.

It’s also a solid year for quarterbacks with Gunner Kiel, Jameis Winston, Connor Brewer, and Zeke Pike all in the Top 30.
