Football Recap: Millbrook/Webutuck Comes Up Short in High-Profile Matchup with Onteora

Millbrook/Webutuck faced Onteora in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. Millbrook/Webutuck fell just short of Onteora by a score of 24-22. Millbrook/Webutuck was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Onteora apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in November of 2024.

Onteora was led to victory by Chase Matteson and Jameer Maize. Matteson rushed for 76 yards and one touchdown, while Maize gained 166 total yards and a touchdown. Maize also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, forcing one fumble and making six total tackles.
