Fort Loramie dropped down to 20-7 on Saturday, ending the team's ten-game streak of wins. They fell just short of the Russia Raiders by a score of 3-2. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Jenna Hoying paced Fort Loramie's offense, picking up 19 kills. Hoying got some help from Tessa Boerger and her 44 assists. Boerger also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Player #20, each putting up two.

As for Russia, their win was their 12th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 21-6. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Kourtney Phlipot had an outrageously good game as she had 21 digs and five assists. That's the most digs she has posted since back in September.

Fort Loramie does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Russia, they will square off against Monroeville at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
