Ryan O'Krepki and Mitreon Brumfield provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Jesuit. The longest such play in 5A District 6 this season, the connection resulted in 80 yards.

Slidell scaled the state rankings by moving to 80 from 106 this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Tigers were able to make move up by besting Bonnabel 35-0.

St. Paul's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. O'Krepki threw for 282 and 2 touchdowns and Brumfield had 220 yards receiving. On the ground Marcus Gaines contributed 22 yards. Gaines helped St. Paul's passing attack out by catching 6 balls for 22 yards.
