Softball Recap: Exeter Takes a Loss

Exeter lost against Springfield Catholic back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Exeter fell 5-1 to Springfield Catholic. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Exeter's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Springfield Catholic, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Exeter wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 14-4 defeat against Marionville on the 28th. As for Springfield Catholic, they have also already played their next contest, a 20-2 win against Steelville on the 28th.
