Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Spring Valley). They breezed by the Riverside Warriors to the tune of 99-25 on Wednesday. With the Timberwolves ahead 59-16 at the half, the contest was all but over already.

Despite the defeat, Riverside saw an underclassman step up: freshman Jada Ward posted five points and six rebounds. Another player making a difference was Cianna Groom, who scored four points and four blocks.

Spring Valley's victory was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-2. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.9 points per game. As for Riverside, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-10.
