Football Recap: Amelia County Takes a Loss

Amelia County played a tough contest on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They took a blow against the Lunenburg Central Chargers, falling 42-15. The Raiders were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 35-7.

This is the second loss in a row for Amelia County and nudges their season record down to 5-5. As for Lunenburg Central, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 10-0.

As of now, neither Amelia County nor the Chargers have any future games scheduled.
