Basketball Recap: Harpeth Comes Up Short

Harpeth won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Saturday. They lost 59-35 to the Hickman County Bulldogs. The Indians haven't had much luck with the Bulldogs recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.

Harpeth's loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 13-9. As for Hickman County, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-6.

Harpeth will square off against Houston County at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hickman County, they will challenge Camden Central at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
