Football Recap: Iola-Scandinavia Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for Iola-Scandinavia's offense. They took a blow against the Abbotsford Falcons on Friday, falling 39-0. The Thunderbirds haven't had much luck with the Falcons recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Iola-Scandinavia now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Abbotsford, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Iola-Scandinavia will face off against rival Assumption at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Abbotsford is set to take on their familiar foe Pacelli at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
