The Towns County Indians will head out to square off against the Southeast Whitfield County Raiders at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Southeast Whitfield County took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Towns County, who comes in off a win.

Last Friday, Towns County was able to grind out a solid victory over Spartanburg Christian Academy, taking the game 29-22. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Indians.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 56 points the game before, Southeast Whitfield County was a bit more limited in their contest on Friday. They were outmatched by Woodland and fell 42-3. The Raiders were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 35-3.

Southeast Whitfield County has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-7 record this season. As for Towns County, their win bumped their record up to 5-3.
