Volleyball Game Preview: Goleman Gators vs. Miami Beach Hi-Tides

The Goleman Gators will square off against the Miami Beach Hi-Tides at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Goleman comes in on five and Miami Beach on four.

On Tuesday, Goleman got the win against Mourning by a conclusive 3-0.

Goleman was especially dominant in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-20, 25-11.

Meanwhile, Miami Beach made easy work of Hebrew Academy on Tuesday and carried off a 3-0 victory.

Miami Beach walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-10, 25-18, 25-16.

Miami Beach pushed their record up to 13-2 with the victory, which was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season. As for Goleman, their win bumped their record up to 15-10.

Goleman was able to grind out a solid victory over Miami Beach in their previous matchup back in March of 2024, winning 3-1. Will the Gators repeat their success, or do the Hi-Tides have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
