It was a proper cat-fight when West Broward duked it out with Chaminade-Madonna on Tuesday. The Bobcats fell just short of the Lions by a score of 2-1. The Bobcats' loss signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

Chaminade-Madonna can attribute much of their success to Keylanis Cruz, who had 12 digs and three aces. That's the most aces Cruz has posted over her last four matchups.

West Broward's defeat dropped their record down to 10-4. As for Chaminade-Madonna, they now have a winning record of 11-10.

West Broward wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Mater Lakes Academy on the 1st. As for Chaminade-Madonna, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against St. Thomas Aquinas on the 30th.
