Softball Recap: Richfield Springs Central Indians vs. Franklin Central Purple Devils
Richfield Springs Central gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Thursday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Franklin Central Purple Devils a 24-0 shutout. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Richfield Springs Central also won the last time the pair played back in May of 2023.
For Franklin Central's part, they saw one different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Macey Ambrose, who went 1-for-1 with a stolen base.
