Charlotte hadn't beaten DeSoto County on the road since December 13, 2018 but that history sure didn't bother them on Tuesday. The Fightin' Tarpons were the clear victors by a 4-1 margin over the Bulldogs. Considering Charlotte have won four matches by more than two goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit DeSoto County with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Noah Wooten, Brandon Mendia, Kyle Saint Fleur, and Parker Dye.

The victory keeps Charlotte at an undefeated 4-0-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three matchups. As for DeSoto County, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.

Looking ahead, Charlotte is taking a road trip to square off against Sebring at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for DeSoto County, they will look to defend their home pitch on Friday against Southeast at 7:30 p.m.
