Last Friday, Fox Creek strolled past Strom Thurmond with points to spare, taking the game 62-46.
Fox Creek's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Brelan Baskett, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 12 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Connor Cannon, who scored 15 points along with six rebounds.
Meanwhile, Columbia's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their sixth straight loss. They fell 59-46 to Eau Claire.
