Baseball Preview: Slaton Tigers vs. Littlefield Wildcats
The Slaton Tigers will head out on the road to take on the Littlefield Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Slaton took a eight-run defeat the last time they faced off against Muleshoe, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Tigers skirted past the Mules 5-3. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Tigers as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.
