It was a good run, but McIntosh unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-match winning streak on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the Newell Irrigators. If the Tigers were looking for revenge after losing 3-2 to the Irrigators when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

McIntosh's loss dropped their record down to 9-5. As for Newell, their victory bumped their record up to 5-9.

McIntosh wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Lemmon on the 27th. As for Newell, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Faith on the 27th.
