Volleyball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Lanier

Lanier entered their tilt with Valwood on Saturday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Valiants. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Longhorns have posted since August 29, 2024.

Lanier can attribute much of their success to Kaylee Coar, who had ten digs. Those ten digs gave Coar a new career-high.

Lanier has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against The King's Academy on the 9th. As for Valwood, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against St. Andrew's on the 9th.
