Football Recap: Spring Hill Raiders vs. Tullahoma Wildcats
Spring Hill was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 31-10 to the Tullahoma Wildcats. Marvancy Johnson continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Tullahoma, rushing for 143 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 7.2 yards per carry. Johnson is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in the last three games he's played. Khani Johnson also deserves a mention for his punt return touchdown.
Spring Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Tullahoma, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-3.
Spring Hill didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 42-7 win against Franklin County on the 1st. As for Tullahoma, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 28-27 loss against Shelbyville Central on the 1st.
