Football Game Preview: Our Lady of Lourdes Warriors vs. Middletown Middie Bears

The Our Lady of Lourdes Warriors will venture away from home to square off against the Middletown Middie Bears at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

On Friday, Our Lady of Lourdes didn't have too much trouble with Beacon as they won 32-14. The Warriors haven't had any issues with the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Middletown not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since October 26, 2024 (when they won 35-7). They put the hurt on Valley Central with a sharp 36-14 win. Given the Middie Bears' advantage in MaxPreps' New York football rankings (they are ranked 184th, while the Vikings are ranked 390th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.
