Basketball Recap: Nauset Regional Comes Up Short

Nauset Regional was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a hard 61-44 fall against the Barnstable Red Hawks. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 61-40 back in January.

Nauset Regional's loss dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Barnstable, the win (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 12-3.

Nauset Regional will venture away from home to challenge Nantucket at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Barnstable, they will welcome Dennis-Yarmouth Regional at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
