University Christian extended their postseason success on Wednesday against Maclay. They took their game with ease, bagging an 89-56 victory over the Maclay Marauders. The Christians' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

University Christian's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Henry Arthur, who went 9-for-12 en route to 24 points and eight rebounds. The dominant performance gave Arthur a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was Adalbert Allotey, who dropped a double-double with 14 points and 11 boards.

University Christian smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 21 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive boards in 25 consecutive matches.

University Christian is on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 14 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 20-8 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.9 points over those games. As for Maclay, their loss dropped their record down to 10-14.

Looking ahead, University Christian will square off against Providence School at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. University Christian knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five games -- so hopefully Providence School likes a good challenge. Maclay does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
