Volleyball Recap: Emerson Robbins Key Part of Team Effort in Tigers Win

It was a proper cat-fight when Dripping Springs duked it out with Hallsville on Friday. The Tigers came out on top against the Bobcats by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Tigers.

Dripping Springs got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Emerson Robbins out in front who had ten digs and five aces. That's the most aces Robbins has posted over her last eight contests. Drew Fuquay was another key player, getting 11 assists and two aces.

Dripping Springs' record now sits at 14-11. As for Hallsville, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 14-7.

Dripping Springs wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Salado on the 29th. As for Hallsville, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against College Park on the 29th.
