Glenwood entered their tilt with Nebraska City on Saturday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Everything went their way against the Nebraska City Pioneers as they made off with a 73-51 win. The Rams have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine games by 20 points or more this season.

Despite the defeat, Nebraska City had strong showings from Landon Ferguson, who posted 11 points, and Brayden Earll, who had nine points along with five boards and three steals. Ferguson continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Hoyle Carter, who scored five points.

Glenwood's victory bumped their record up to 17-4. As for Nebraska City, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 12 of their last 13 matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-17 record this season.

Coming up, Glenwood is taking a road trip to challenge Denison-Schleswig at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Nebraska City, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Fort Calhoun at 7:30 p.m. Fort Calhoun has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
