It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Fairview can now relate to. They fell just short of the Boulder Panthers by a score of 2-1 on Tuesday. The loss continues a trend for Fairview in their meetings with Boulder: they've now lost three in a row.

Fairview's defeat dropped their record down to 10-4-3. As for Boulder, the victory (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 13-4.

Fairview does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Boulder, they will head out to challenge Ralston Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Ralston Valley's defense has only allowed 0.3 goals per game this season, so Boulder's offense will have their work cut out for them.
