While Lexington's victory against Mansfield Senior wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Minutemen sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Tygers on Thursday. The Minutemen haven't had any issues with the Tygers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

Lexington now has a winning record of 10-9. As for Mansfield Senior, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-13 record this season.

Lexington will venture away from home to take on Norwalk at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Mansfield Senior, they will host Willard at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
