Basketball Recap: Meadow Bridge Comes Up Short

Meadow Bridge lost against Sherman back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Meadow Bridge Wildcats were dealt a 70-41 loss at the hands of the Sherman Tide.

Meadow Bridge has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost ten of their last 11 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-14 record this season. As for Sherman, their victory bumped their record up to 9-7.

Coming up, Meadow Bridge will be playing at home against Bath County at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Sherman, they will head out on the road to take on Man at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. The timing is sure in Man's favor as the squad sits on five straight wins at home while Sherman has been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road.
