Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Beech). They walked away with a 17-14 victory over the Lebanon Blue Devils on Friday. That's two games straight that the Buccaneers have won by exactly three runs.

Beech's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-6. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.7 runs over those games. As for Lebanon, they now have a losing record of 8-9.

Looking ahead, Beech will be playing at home against Gallatin at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lebanon, they will head out on the road to square off against East Robertson at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The last four games East Robertson has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
