Basketball Recap: Dexter Triumphs

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Schenck, Dexter was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Central Red Devils 51-48. While the Tigers didn't have the best season last year (they finished 8-12), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Dexter's win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Central, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Dexter will square off against Bangor Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Central, they will challenge Sumner at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
